近年来,青岛市市南区各级党组织针对街道社区中不同行业和领域基层党组织的职能定位,针对不同党员群体的岗位特点,针对新形势下基层党组织、党员队伍建设面临的新情况、新问题,研究完善、探索实践社区党的工作全覆盖的新模式,努力做到了组织覆盖、制度覆盖、工作覆盖,有效提升了基层社区的组织化程度,为贯彻党的十六届五中全会精神和“十一五规划”奠定了坚实的组织基础。
