本文介绍刺槐开花过程的外部形态和内部构造的特征,以及他们的相关性.以便根据花期发育的形态变化,来适时采集花粉,进行花粉培养及杂交育种. 观察材料均采自本院校园内11年生的栽培植株,生长情况良好.1974年及1976年,对刺槐的开花过程进行初步物候观察.本实验于1978年完成.1.自4月8日起,每天上午8时选树冠中部发育良好的花序采样,借助双筒解剖镜观察花萼、花冠、雄芯及雌芯的发育形态.
