我院于1986年1月～1997年10月共收治青少年甲状腺癌32例．误诊20例．误诊率62．5％．现报道如下。临床资料一、一般资料本组病人男4例，女28例．年龄13～32岁．平均26岁，术前确诊甲状腺癌者12例．怀疑甲状腺癌术中、术后病理证实者9例．按良性疾病施术而术后病理确诊为癌者5例
Our hospital from January 1986 to October 1997 were admitted to adolescent thyroid cancer in 32 cases. Misdiagnosis in 20 cases. Misdiagnosis rate of 62.5%. Report as follows now. Clinical data First, the general information The group of patients 4 males and 28 females. Age 13 ~ 32 years old. Average 26 years old, preoperative diagnosis of thyroid cancer in 12 cases. Suspected thyroid cancer surgery, postoperative pathology confirmed in 9 cases. According to benign disease surgery and postoperative pathology diagnosed as cancer in 5 cases
