1.前 言 在机械工业中,齿轮是应用最广泛的传动机构之一。随着复合材料的兴起,设计和制造复合材料齿轮以代替或部分代替传统的金属齿轮这一想法,已引起人们广泛的重视。 复合材料齿轮较金属齿轮重量轻、噪声低,如果复合材料中的增强材料为石墨,齿轮还具有自润滑的优点。所以复合材料齿轮具有强大的生命力。在我国由于缺乏这方面足够的可靠数据,目前应用还不够广泛。
1. Introduction In the machinery industry, gears are one of the most widely used transmission mechanisms. With the rise of composite materials, the idea of designing and manufacturing composite gears to replace or partially replace the traditional metal gears has drawn much attention. Composite gears are lighter in weight and less no in noise than metal gears. If the reinforcing material in the composite is graphite, the gears also have the advantage of self-lubricating. Therefore, the composite gear has a strong vitality. In our country, due to the lack of sufficient and reliable data in this respect, the current application is not yet extensive enough.
