新闻侵权的主要类型侵害名誉权名誉权是每个公民都依法享有的一种权利,“新闻官司”的主要形式之一就是新闻侵害名誉权的行为,为了对名誉权进行保护,可以使用《宪法》《刑法》《民法通则》等法律武器对自身的权益进行维护。《关于审理名誉权案件若干问题的解答》是由最高人民法院作出的法律,其中针对新闻侵害名誉权给出了相应的解释,只要是因为新闻报道严重失实而导致他人名誉受到损害的,均属于侵害他人名誉权的行为,并应进行相应的处理。
