针对机械设备标准件种类繁多、使用频繁这一特点,分析比较了使用不同软件建立标准件库的方法。研究了基于SolidEdge三维设计平台,通过零件族表法和数据库驱动法建立标准件库和常用件库的两种方法;分析了标准件及常用件的成型特点,结合参数化变型设计方法,以某型号螺栓为例,来建立其标准件库。应用证明,该方法切实有效,既提高了设计效率,又方便了用户管理,同时还可应用于非标件的开发。
Aiming at the variety and frequent use of standard parts of machinery and equipment, the method of establishing standard parts library by using different software is analyzed and compared. Based on SolidEdge three-dimensional design platform, two methods of establishing standard parts library and common parts library by using parts family table method and database driver method are studied. The forming features of standard parts and common parts are analyzed. Combined with the parametric variant design method, Model bolts as an example, to establish its standard parts library. The application proves that the method is effective, not only improves the design efficiency, but also facilitates the user management, but also can be applied to the development of non-standard parts.
