利用离体兔肝细胞为模型,对肝细胞刺激因子(HSS)及清开灵抗CCl_4肝损伤机制进行了研究,结果表明:清开灵可明显增强CCl_4染毒前后细胞色素P—450含量与活性,可降低细胞内过氧化脂质(LPO)含量,促进肝细胞增殖,因此对CCl_4造成的肝损伤具有保护作用;HSS对影响CCl_4代谢的酶─—细胞色素P—450及CCl_4代谢产物──LPO均无作用,但它有较强的促细胞增殖作用。
Using isolated rabbit hepatocytes as a model, we studied the mechanism of hepatocyte stimulating factor (HSS) and CCl 4-induced hepatic injury in Qingkailing. The results showed that Qingkailing could obviously increase the content of cytochrome P-450 Activity, can reduce intracellular lipid peroxide (LPO) content, and promote liver cell proliferation, and therefore have a protective effect on liver damage caused by CCl_4; HSS on CCl_4 metabolism of enzymes ─-cytochrome P-450 and CCl_4 metabolites ─ ─LPO no effect, but it has a strong role in promoting cell proliferation.
