[现状]近年来,常州市进一步突出学校、家庭、社会三大重点环节,不断深化预防青少年违法犯罪工作,最大限度地减少青少年违法犯罪.为青少年健康成长创造良好的社会环境。[建议]1、充分发挥学校在预防青少年违法犯罪中的主渠道作用。要始终坚持把德育工作摆在素质教育的首位,并贯穿到学校教育工作的各个方面:加强中、小学生的法制教育:关爱“困难学生”和“问题学生”。2、筑牢预防和减少青少年违法犯罪的家庭防线。要大力宣传中华民族的家庭美德,深入开展评选“五好家庭”和创建“学习型家庭”活动,为青少年成长创造良好的家庭环
