文章针对某下承式系杆拱桥施工中失误引起的桥面沉降,采用循环同步张拉右、中拱肋吊杆使桥面横向刚体转动、纵向逐渐恢复的方法,实现了中系杆沉降基本消除、右系杆恢复到设计标高附近的目标。同时监测桥梁各构件应变、位移,使桥面标高调整中构件附加内力控制在允许范围内。横梁裂缝也普遍闭合;拱肋、吊杆、系杆、横梁内力基本恢复到设计状态,满足了桥梁承载力要求,达到了预期目的。
In this paper, aiming at the settlement of the bridge deck caused by fault in the construction of a supporting type tie-rod arch bridge, the method of synchronizing tensioning of the right and the arch rib suspension bars to rotate the bridge deck rigidly in the transverse direction and gradually resume in the longitudinal direction is adopted. Eliminate, right tie back to the target design near the elevation. At the same time, the strain and displacement of each component of the bridge are monitored, so that the additional internal force of the component in the adjustment of the bridge deck height is controlled within the allowable range. The cracks in the beams are also generally closed. The internal forces of the arch ribs, suspension rods, tie rods and beams are basically restored to the design state, which meets the requirements of the bridge bearing capacity and achieves the expected purpose.
