自1971年Combes首次报道在一名输血后肝炎并发的膜性肾炎患者肾小球中证实有免疫球蛋白、补体和HBsAg沉积以来,乙型肝炎相关性肾炎(HBV GN)被认为是一种免疫复合性肾炎。
Since 1971, Combes first reported that hepatitis B-associated nephritis (HBV GN) has been considered as an immunization since immunoglobulin, complement and HBsAg deposition was confirmed in the glomerulus of a membranous nephritis patient with posttransfusion hepatitis Compound nephritis.
