目的:探讨促血管生成素-1(Ang-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在颞叶癫痫发病机制中的作用。方法:腹腔注射氯化锂-匹罗卡品及生理盐水分别建立颞叶癫痫模型及对照组;观察大鼠行为学改变,比较实验组和对照组大鼠海马区Ang-1、VEGF的时间动态表达过程。结果:抽搐频繁时,海马区Ang-1表达减少;抽搐减少时,海马区Ang-1表达逐渐升至正常;抽搐频繁时,海马区VEGF表达升高;抽搐减少时,海马区VEGF表达逐渐恢复正常;Ang-1与VEGF二者表达呈直线负相关关系。结论:Ang-1与VEGF参与了颞叶癫痫发病机制,可能与海马区Ang-1表达下调,VEGF表达上调有关。
Objective: To investigate the role of angiopoietin-1 (Ang-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the pathogenesis of temporal lobe epilepsy. Methods: The models of temporal lobe epilepsy and control group were established by intraperitoneal injection of lithium-pilocarpine and normal saline respectively. The behavioral changes of rats were observed. The dynamic changes of Ang-1 and VEGF in hippocampus of experimental group and control group were compared Expression process. Results: The expression of Ang-1 in the hippocampus was decreased when the twitch was frequent, the expression of Ang-1 in the hippocampus was gradually increased when the twitch was decreased, and the expression of VEGF was increased in the hippocampus when the twitch was frequent. Normal; Ang-1 and VEGF expression showed a negative correlation between the two. Conclusion: Ang-1 and VEGF are involved in the pathogenesis of temporal lobe epilepsy, which may be related to the down-regulation of Ang-1 and up-regulation of VEGF in hippocampus.
