武漢鋼鉄公司为了江西井头矿区的开采与設計,于1958年10月委托我院对該区进行二千分之一大比例尺測图工作。参加这次測量工作的是航三乙全体同学。二年来他們参加了整风运动,敎学整改,勤工儉学、大办工业;認識了敎育为政治服务,敎育必須与生产劳动相結合的方針。在我院党委的領导下,以及当地党政机关的領导大力支持,同学們不辞劳苦干勁冲天,四个月来工作在丛山峻岭,胜利地完成了极其蔭蔽地区的大比例尺測图工作。一、測区的情况:測区是一狹长地带,东西长約16公里,南北平均寬約2公里,面积有三十二公里。整个測区内,地势陡峻,山岭起伏,有狹而深的山谷,有婉延不断的山脊。測区内树林密布,极其蔭蔽,通視十分困难,山的坡度平均三十度,山的高度高者海拔五百余公尺,平均比高在三百公尺左右,山中交通很不方便,村落住
