通过各级政府的努力,我们用极其有限的卫生资源承担了广大农牧民的基本医疗服务,农村卫生的成就有目共睹。但随着改革的深入,城乡卫生之间不协调,农村发展严重滞后,群众看病最突出的问题是农牧民看病难。造成这一现象的原因很多,农村卫生队伍不稳定,缺乏高素质、实用型人才是最根本、最直接的原因。笔者调查了我市乡镇卫生院状况,提出看法,供参考。
Through the efforts of all levels of government, we have used the extremely limited health resources to undertake the basic medical services of farmers and herdsmen. The achievements in rural health are obvious to all. However, with the deepening of reforms, there is a lack of coordination between urban and rural health, and rural development is seriously lagging behind. The most prominent problem for the people to see a doctor is that farmers and herdsmen are difficult to see. There are many reasons for this phenomenon. The instability of rural health teams and the lack of high-quality and practical talents are the most fundamental and direct reasons. The author investigated the situation of township health centers in the city and put forward their views for reference.
