文化要素已成为国家竞争力的核心要素,以人为本的文化产业已成为提升城市竞争力的焦点,对于优化济南市软环境建设起到至关重要的作用。济南是泉文化名城,文化资源异常丰富,发展文化产业,已经成为优化济南市软环境的迫切需要。大力发展文化产业,在构建现代产业体系、基础设施的完善、加大投入、培育文化产业人才、政府的引导协调上下功夫。
Cultural elements have become the core elements of national competitiveness. People-oriented cultural industries have become the focus of enhancing urban competitiveness and play a crucial role in optimizing the construction of soft environment in Jinan. Jinan is a famous spring culture city with unusually rich cultural resources and the development of cultural industries. It has become an urgent need to optimize the soft environment in Jinan City. Vigorously develop the cultural industry, work hard to build a modern industrial system, improve infrastructure, increase investment, cultivate talents of cultural industries, the government’s guidance and coordination.
