我们进入一个多彩的信息社会,在无处不在的网络世界中,通过互联网、电话网、移动通信网自由的沟通,第一代网络影响并且改变了我们的生活,我们憧憬着下一代网络能够带来更多的飞跃。下一代移动通信网、下一代互联网和NGN正在向我们走来:业界关注的3G网络测试已经完成,通信设备制造商正在摩拳擦掌,期待3G网络建设早日动工。备受瞩目的以IPv6协议为核心的中国下一代互联网示范工程项目启动已经一年,而被通信产业寄予厚望的NGN也正在建设之中。
