目的了解河南口岸出国劳务人员色觉异常和其就业选择情况,以更好对其职业选择提供科学指导。方法对河南口岸出国劳务人员色觉异常和其职业选择情况资料进行统计和分析。结果 2006年1月-2008年12月出国劳务人员健康体检中,检出287例色觉异常与其选择的职业相冲突。结论出入境检验检疫机关和外派劳务机构应加强对色觉异常的出国劳务人员职业选择的指导,并就避免其选择误区提出科学建议。
Objective To understand the abnormal color vision and employment of migrant workers in Henan Port in order to provide better scientific guidance for their career choices. Methods Statistics and analysis were made on the abnormal color vision and the job selection of labor service workers who went abroad at Henan Port. Results From January 2006 to December 2008, 287 cases of abnormal color vision were detected in the health check-ups of migrant workers in China. Conclusion Exit-exit inspection and quarantine agencies and labor service agencies should step up their guidance on career choices of migrant workers with abnormal color vision and make scientific suggestions on avoiding erroneous choices of their choices.
