由我国著名学者李京文研究员、郑友敬研究员主编的、学术书刊出版社出版的《技术经济手册》(理论方法卷)将于1989年底与广大读者见面。它是中国技术经济研究会总编的特大型工具书《技术经济手册》中的一卷,是我国第一次公开出版的大型的技术经济理论方法工具书。全书约120万字,是一部学术与资料兼容、理论方法研究与系统介绍密切结合的学术研究、理论教学、方法实践的指导性文章。全书分七大部分:第一部分,导论篇,主要论述我国技术经济学的产生与发展、技术经济学的研究对象与基本结构、技术经济学与现代化建设、经济体制改革的关系,等等;第二部分,理论篇,主要论述技术生成的经济环境、技术扩散的经济规律、技术选择的经济原则、技术方案与经济效
By the famous scholar Li Jingwen researcher, researcher Zheng Youjing editor, academic book publishing house published “technical economy handbook” (theoretical method volume) will be the end of 1989 with the majority of readers to meet. It is one of the large technical book “Technical Economics Manual” which is the editor-in-chief of China Institute of Technical Economics, and is the first large-scale technical and economic theoretical tool book published in China. The book is about 1200000 words, is a academic and data compatible, theoretical methods and systems introduced closely integrated academic research, theoretical teaching, methodological guidance. The book is divided into seven parts: The first part, the introductory chapter, mainly discusses the emergence and development of China's technical economics, technical economics and the basic structure of the study object, the relationship between technical economics and modernization, economic system reform, etc.; Part two, theoretical articles, mainly discusses the economic environment generated by technology, the economic law of technological diffusion, economic principles of technological choices, technical solutions and economic efficiency
