通过酸、碱和碱-机械法处理皮革固体废弃物,分离提取胶原纤维。研究了将不同处理方法提取的胶原纤维加入到纸浆中,对成纸强度性能的影响。结果表明,各分离提取方法提取的胶原纤维对纸张的强度性能都有提高,但是分离提取胶原纤维过程中会产生废液,对环境产生二次污染。
The leather solid wastes were treated by acid, alkali and alkali-mechanical methods, and the collagen fibers were separated and extracted. The effects of adding collagen fibers extracted by different methods to the pulp on the strength properties of the paper were studied. The results showed that the collagen fibers extracted by the methods of separation and extraction all improved the strength properties of the paper, however, the waste liquid was produced during the process of collagen fiber extraction and separation, resulting in secondary pollution to the environment.
