为解决水利水电工程建设中的关键科技难题——复杂的地基基础建设问题,国家自然科学基金委员会于1989年资助的基础性重大项目“岩土与水工建筑物相互作用研究”,在水利水电科学研究院汪闻韶学部委员、天津大学陈环教授主持下,联合从事水利水电工程建设基础性研究的有关高等院校和科研单位的150多位科技工作者,经过4年的艰苦努力,终于完成了预定的研究任务。日前通过了以中科院学部委员卢肇钧为首的专家组验收。其取得的主要成果有: 1.在裂隙岩体力学特性及洞室群施工力学研究中,从有序分布节理及随机分布节理两方面研究了节理岩体的力学特性,进行了模拟试验及数值分析,并应用于
