科学发展、构建和谐是十七大报告的核心和灵魂,也是时代主题。社会要和谐、要稳定,最重要的是人与人之间的和谐,其中企业劳动关系的和谐是基础,是关键。然而目前在国企改革中,一些历史遗留的问题尖锐的暴露出来,劳动关系紧张,企业与职工矛盾突出,给企业的发展和国家的稳定带来了前所未有的挑战。为此,建立和谐的劳动关系迫在眉睫,是企业目前的重要任务。青海油田作为国有大型企业一员在改革的过程中面临着同样的问题,也应该构建和谐的劳动关系,本人认为应从坚持以人为本的管理理念,依靠职工办企业,建立注重激励的薪酬分配制度,注重亲情管理,坚持制度化管理,注重教育培训几方面入手,力求达到和谐、稳定,快速发展。

To be harmonious society, to be stable, the most important thing is the harmony between people, of which the harmony of the enterprise labor relations is the foundation, is the key. However, at present in the reform of state-owned enterprises, some problems left over from history are sharply exposed, the labor relations are tense, and the contradiction between enterprises and workers is prominent. This has brought unprecedented challenges to the development of enterprises and the stability of the country. To this end, the establishment of a harmonious labor relations is imminent, is the company’s current important task. As a member of the state-owned large enterprises, Qinghai Oilfield faces the same problems in the process of reform and should establish harmonious labor relations. I think we should establish a pay-as-you-go system that focuses on incentives, insisting on the people-oriented management concept and relying on employees to run enterprises. Family management, adhere to institutional management, pay attention to several aspects of education and training, and strive to achieve harmony, stability and rapid development.
