摘要目的介绍一项新的CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术(TNAB)对怀疑恶性肿瘤的肺部病变诊断的准确性和安全性。方法本文对同轴CT引导下TNAB新技术进行单中心回顾性研究。在活检之前用22码的导丝来准确定位病变。这项技术能够穿透不同位置的肺部病变并且对邻近器官损害的风险最小。病变良恶性诊断均根据组织学或影像结果分析证实。结果临床有肺部病变的181例病人中59%为男性。病变平均大小(24±14.9)mm,病变平均深度(13.6±18.3)mm。在160例(88.4%)被证实为恶性肿瘤的病例中,有151例(94.4%)
Abstract Objective To introduce a new CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy (TNAB) for the diagnosis of lung cancer in suspected malignant tumors. Methods In this paper, a single center retrospective study of TNAB guided by coaxial CT was performed. Before the biopsy with 22 yards guide wire to accurately locate the lesion. This technique can penetrate lung lesions in different locations and minimize the risk of damage to nearby organs. Diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions were confirmed by histological or imaging analysis. Results Of the 181 patients with clinical lung disease, 59% were male. The average lesion size was (24 ± 14.9) mm and the average lesion depth was (13.6 ± 18.3) mm. Of the 160 cases (88.4%) who were confirmed as malignant tumors, 151 (94.4%)
