“人民”话语是中国革命和中国政治民主化的产物。中国共产党在建构这一话语时,一是注重“人民”话语的历史发展性,在不同的历史发展阶段赋予其不同的内涵;二是突出“人民”话语的阶级性,与“国民”等其他话语作了严格的区分;三是赋予“人民”话语以无上的价值向度;四是强调“人民”话语的真实性。中国共产党对“人民”话语的科学建构和准确运用,不仅为其取得新民主主义革命胜利奠定了坚实的阶级基础,而且也为实现政治现代化创造了必要的历史前提。
“People ” discourse is the product of the Chinese revolution and the democratization of Chinese politics. In constructing this discourse, the CPC first paid attention to the historical development of the “people” discourse and endowed it with different connotations at different stages of historical development. Second, it emphasized the class nature of the “people” discourse and “ National ”and other discourses are strictly distinguished; third,“ supreme ”value is given to the“ people ”discourse; fourth, the authenticity of the“ people ”discourse is emphasized. The scientific construction and accurate application of the CPC’s “people ” discourse not only lay a solid class foundation for its victory in the new-democratic revolution, but also create the necessary historical prerequisites for political modernization.
