目的本次主要对炙甘草汤用于糖尿病性心肌病患者治疗中的临床效果进行分析,并对其药理作用进行分析,为临床治疗提供有效依据。方法选取我院2013年4月至2016年4月收治并已确诊的糖尿病性心肌病患者60例,根据所有患者入院的编号进行平均分组,其中单号为对照组,双号为实验组,两组各为30例,对照组给予扩血管药物和卡托普利口服,实验组给予中药炙甘草汤口服。对两组患者治疗的效果进行对比分析。结果实验组患者治疗的总有效率明显优于对照组,P<0.05;且治疗后实验组患者心功能各项指标均的改善情况与对照组相比有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对于治疗糖尿病性心肌病临床上可选炙甘草汤进行治疗,其治疗的效果更为明显,能显著改善患者的心肌疾病,因此值得推广。
Objective This article mainly analyzes the clinical effect of Zhigancao Decoction in the treatment of patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy, and analyzes its pharmacological effects, which provides an effective basis for clinical treatment. Methods Sixty patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy who were admitted to our hospital from April 2013 to April 2016 were selected and divided into groups according to the numbers of all the patients admitted to hospital. The single number was control group, double number was experimental group, 30 cases in each group, the control group was given vasodilator drugs and captopril orally, the experimental group given oral Zhigancao decoction. The two groups of patients treated for comparative analysis. Results The total effective rate of treatment in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the improvement of cardiac function in experimental group was statistically significant compared with that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy Zhigancao decoction treatment, the treatment effect is more obvious, can significantly improve the patient’s myocardial disease, it is worth promoting.
