为推动应急管理实践工作交流与理论问题研究,分享业界和学界应急管理创新成果,公安部办公厅、民政部救灾司、卫生计生委应急办、国资委综合局、国家安全生产应急救援指挥中心和国家行政学院应急管理培训中心将以“构建公共安全网:实践创新与理论探索”为主题,于2015年12月上旬在北京举办“中国应急管理创新论坛(2015)”。本次会议由中国应急管理学会承办,会议同期将召开“中国应急管理学会2015年年会”。现征集会议论文,有关事项如下。
In order to promote the exchange of emergency management practices and theoretical issues, and share the innovations in emergency management of the industry and academia, the General Office of the Ministry of Public Security, the Disaster Prevention Division of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Emergency Office of the Health and Family Planning Commission, the Comprehensive Bureau of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Emergency Command Center for National Production Safety and The State Administration of Emergency Management Training Center will hold the “China Emergency Management Innovation Forum (2015)” in Beijing in early December 2015 with the theme of “Building a Public Safety Net: Practical Innovation and Theoretical Exploration”. This meeting is hosted by China Emergency Management Institute and the conference will be held in the same year “China Institute of Emergency Management 2015 Annual Meeting.” Now collect conference papers, related matters are as follows.
