以二正辛胺 ,二硫化碳 ,RECl3(RE =La~Tb ,除Pm外 )为原料合成了八种二正辛基二硫代氨基甲酸轻稀土配合物 ,通过元素分析、红外光谱分析、核磁共振分析 ,确定了它们的化学结构 ,发现在其分子结构中 ,稀土离子是与配体的两个硫原子成键。用差热热重分析了它们的热化学性质 ,以四球机评价了其中两种配合物 (La、Nd)添加于液体石蜡中的极压抗磨损性能 ,发现此类配合物具有优越的极压性能和优良的抗磨性能
Eight kinds of light rare earth complexes of di-n-octyldithiocarbamic acid were synthesized from di-n-octylamine, carbon disulfide and RECl3 (RE = La ~ Tb except Pm). Elemental analysis, IR, Analyze and confirm their chemical structure and find that in their molecular structure, the rare earth ions are bonded with the two sulfur atoms of the ligand. Thermogravimetric analysis of their thermochemical properties was carried out by differential thermal analysis. The four-ball machine was used to evaluate the extreme pressure and anti-wear properties of two complexes (La, Nd) in liquid paraffin. It was found that these complexes have excellent extreme pressure Performance and excellent wear resistance
