在中部崛起的战略,是振奋湖北人民的宏伟战略。战略目标必须经过战略措施来实施。作者在本文中提出的十大构思,对于抓住浦东开发区建设的机遇,振兴湖北经济是有参考价值的。在历史上,上海的经济发展与武汉的经济的发展几乎是配套的,中国唯一的黄金水道——长江的战略地位为这一趋势提供了必要而充分的依据。而湖北的特大中心城市——武汉的开放,必将带动整个湖北经济的发展与振兴,因此,这些构思是可取的。
The strategy of rising in the middle is a grand strategy to boost the people of Hubei. Strategic goals must be implemented through strategic measures. The ten ideas put forward by the author in this article are of great reference value for grasping the opportunities in the construction of Pudong Development Zone and rejuvenating Hubei’s economy. Historically, the economic development in Shanghai has been almost complemented with the economic development in Wuhan. The strategic position of the Yangtze River, China’s only golden waterway, has provided the necessary and sufficient basis for this trend. However, the opening up of Wuhan, an exceptionally large central city in Hubei Province, will surely bring about the development and rejuvenation of the entire Hubei economy. Therefore, these ideas are desirable.
