汪恕有滴醋始产于清康熙四年(1675年),由江苏灌云县板浦镇一位汪姓者醋制成功,因此醋一点一滴即有独特的香、酸、醇味,故称“滴醋”。汪氏开,醋店号“汪恕有”。其配方严密,制作考究,风味特异,堪称调味佳品。用其烹调菜肴,味美津香,增进食欲,且具健脾开胃、消毒灭菌、舒筋活络功。“汪恕有滴醋”声名由此远扬。
Wang Shuyou’s vinegar was produced in the Qing Emperor Kangxi for four years (1675). He was successfully made from a vinegar by a Wang surname in Banpu Town, Guanyun County, Jiangsu Province. Therefore, vinegar has a unique fragrance, acidity, and taste of alcohol. It is called “dried vinegar.” Wang Shikai, vinegar shop number “Wang Shuyou.” Its rigorous formula, exquisite production, special flavor, can be regarded as good seasoning. Use it to cook dishes, delicious Mei Xiang, increase appetite, and with spleen appetizers, sterilization, Shujin active function. “Wang Shu has dripping vinegar.”
