提出了对悬臂式巷道掘进机进行作业仿真的思路与方法.采用恰当的规划方法,将连续的作业过程离散化为有限个作业工况,引入了整机切割力的概念,分析各工况下机器的性态、作业能力、各机构和系统设计参数的配合状况.介绍了运用仿真图对机器的作业性能和设计参数的合理性进行分析和评价的方法.本方法已应用于掘进机的方案设计中,并取得了明显的效果
Put forward the idea and method of working simulation of cantilever roadway boring machine. Using appropriate planning methods, the continuous operation process is discretized into a limited number of operating conditions, the concept of cutting force of the whole machine is introduced, and the machine performance, working ability, coordination of various agencies and system design parameters are analyzed situation. The method to analyze and evaluate the rationality of the machine performance and design parameters by using the simulation chart is introduced. The method has been applied in the design of roadheader and achieved obvious results
