国务院办公厅近日印发《能源发展战略行动计划(2 0 1 4-2020年)》(以下简称《行动计划》),明确了2020年中国能源发展的总体目标、战略方针和重点任务,部署推动能源创新发展、安全发展、科学发展。这是今后一段时期我国能源发展的行动纲领。《行动计划》明确了中国能源发展的五项战略任务。一是增强能源自主保障能力。推进煤炭清洁高效开发利用,稳步提高国内石油产量,大力发展天然气,积极发展能源替代,加强储备应急能力建设。
The State Council General Office recently issued the “Energy Development Strategic Action Plan (2014-2020)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Action Plan”), which clearly defined the overall goals, strategic guidelines and key tasks for energy development in China by 2020 and deployed measures to promote energy Innovative development, safe development, scientific development.
