关于科学认识当代资本主义问题 ,邓小平提出了一系列重要思想。邓小平认为 ,在新的历史时期 ,资本主义仍然有“再发展”的可能 ,我们必须将资本主义基本制度与具体运行体制区别对待 ,在学习资本主义方面不能单单只停留在经济体制和技术管理层面上 ,更重要的是要研究和借鉴其已被证明是人类共同财富的一些具体制度上 ,如此 ,社会主义才能在两种制度的长期竞争中赢得最终的比较优势。
Regarding the scientific understanding of contemporary capitalism, Deng Xiaoping put forward a series of important ideas. Deng Xiaoping believes that in the new historical period, capitalism still has the possibility of “redevelopment.” We must differentiate the basic capitalist system from the specific operating system. We can not just remain in the economic system and technology management in studying capitalism More importantly, it is necessary to study and learn from some concrete systems that have proven to be the common wealth of mankind. In this way, can socialism win the final comparative advantage in the long-term competition between the two systems.
