Background:The morbidity of stress ulcer after severe brain trauma is between 40% to 80% .Preventive methods dominated in antiacid and the resistance of mucous barrier was always neglected in the past.We performed extreme early nasal feeding nutrition plus rhubarb juice in severe trauma patients and obtained good prevention effect on stress ulcer.
