近年来,在各级党委、政府的领导下,邯郸地税局广大党员干部认真学习邓小平理论,贯彻党的十五大和十五届四中全会精神,结合“321”(即:讲学习、讲政治、讲正气,创建优秀领导集体、创建“三讲”文明机关,促进本单位各项工作开展)活动,推动了全局机关两个文明建设的长足发展和进步。特别是在实行政务公开方面,邯郸地税局机关及各县(市)区局对内推行规范化管理工作程序,对外推行税务公示制,提高执法水平,促进了地税行业文明建设,河北省委宣传部、省文明委将邯郸地税局稚为文明示范窗口单位。
