根据对颈动脉斑块几何形状、组织特征及声学特性的分析,提出基于FIELD II颈动脉斑块血管的超声仿真方法,并利用MATLAB中的图形用户界面设计开发超声仿真系统。以基于元球的隐式曲面造型技术对斑块血管进行三维几何建模,以空间位置伽马随机分布的散射点对其进行组织建模,超声仿真并建立仿真系统。对系统仿真的超声图像进行统计分析,与模型预设值及临床B超图像进行比较,结果充分验证了本文仿真方法及仿真系统的有效性。
Based on the analysis of carotid plaque geometry, tissue characteristics and acoustic characteristics, an ultrasonic simulation method based on FIELD II carotid plaque blood vessels was proposed, and the simulation system was designed and developed by using graphical user interface in MATLAB. The three-dimensional geometric model of plaque vessel was built based on the meta-ball’s implicit surface modeling technique. Then the tissue was modeled with scattering points randomly distributed in the spatial position, and the simulation was simulated and the simulation system was established. The statistical analysis of the system simulation of ultrasound images, compared with the model default and clinical B-ultrasound images, the results fully validate the effectiveness of the simulation method and simulation system.
