随着我国企业发展水平的不断提升和新劳动法的适时颁布,新劳动法对于企业管理的影响受到了越来越广泛的关注。本文从短期和长期两个方面出发,对于新劳动法对企业管理的影响进行了分析。
With the continuous improvement of the development level of our country’s enterprises and the timely promulgation of new labor law, the impact of the new labor law on business management has drawn more and more attention. This article analyzes the impact of the new labor law on business management from two aspects of short-term and long-term.
