本文报导大丰县1971～1985年结核病死亡情况的变化趋势。14年间,该县肺结核、肺外结核的死亡率由29.0/10万、2.4/10万下降到14.3/10万、1.3/10万,平均年递降率分别为4.9％4.0％:肺结核死亡人数占总死亡人数的百分比由3.8％下降到2.8％;肺结核病死亡平均年龄由49.3岁上升到57.1岁。结果表明该县结核病死亡率呈逐年下降趋势,死亡平均年龄向老年推移;开展防痨工作后.幅度增快。
This article reports the trend of death of tuberculosis in Dafeng County from 1971 to 1985. In 14 years, the county’s tuberculosis and extra-pulmonary tuberculosis mortality dropped from 29.0 / 100,000 to 2.4 / 100,000 to 14.3 / 100,000 and the average annual rate of decline was 4.9% and 4.0% respectively: the number of tuberculosis deaths accounted for The percentage of total deaths dropped from 3.8% to 2.8%; the average age of death from tuberculosis increased from 49.3 to 57.1 years.
