光纤工业控制系统（ＦＩＣＳ）中故障监测实时动态语音报警是实现现场监控的重要手段．本文根据ＦＩＣＳ的特殊要求，分析了故障监测实时动态语音报警模块的构成及功能，采用先进的多媒体技术和ＶｉｓｕａｌＣ＋＋，研制了整套模块，成功地实现了故障监测实时动态语音报警．
Fault Monitoring in Fiber Industrial Control System (FICS) Real-time dynamic voice alarm is an important means to realize on-site monitoring. According to the special requirements of FICS, this paper analyzes the structure and function of real-time dynamic voice alarm module for fault monitoring. The advanced multimedia technology and Visual C ++ are used to develop a complete set of modules. The real-time dynamic voice alarm for fault monitoring is successfully implemented.
