党员主体地位是指广大党员在党内生活及党的事业发展中居于主导和决定地位,它具有丰富的内涵。随着党内民主建设进程的不断推进,党员主体地位逐步得到落实,但仍存在着一些不容忽视的共性问题。必须按照深入贯彻落实科学发展观的总体要求,用系统的思维谋划尊重党员主体地位的思路,用科学的方法把党员主体地位落实到位。
The dominant position of party members refers to the majority of party members living in the party and the party’s career development in a dominant and decisive position, it has a rich content. With the continuous progress of the process of building the inner-party democracy, the mainstay of the party members has been gradually implemented, but there are still some common problems that can not be ignored. According to the overall requirements of thoroughly implementing the scientific concept of development, we must devise a system of thinking that respects the principal status of party members and put the position of the principal party members in place in a scientific manner.
