牧民、饲养员、屠宰及皮毛加工工人感染布氏杆菌较多,而野畜肉食分割工感染布氏杆菌较少。但近些年随着生活水平的提高,膳食结构发生改变,许多人开始崇尚吃野味,而为人们提供野味的野畜肉食分割工感染布氏杆菌的情况也有所增加。对27例野畜肉分割工体检,检出布氏杆菌感染11例,诊断治疗如下。
