Why——为什么教这似乎无须再多讲,但观念和思想意识必须先解决。技术固然重要,但真正引导人们前进的是思想观念的转变和提升,技术只是一副良好的催化剂,而思想是行动的指南和不竭动力。因而,必须先转变观念,解放思想。 What——教什么《中小学计算机课程指导纲要》在指导思想及教学内容上都作出了明确要求,我们要着重注意以下两个方面: “机德”问题。计算机具有开放性、交互性,这要求我们必须树立公共意识和良好的计算机品行。
