2007年长株潭城市群获批国家资源节约型环境友好型社会综合配套改革试验区。长沙市作为长株潭城市群的核心城市,积极探索“两型社会”发展道路,大力发展绿色建筑,在两型城市建设方面取得了积极成果。近年来长沙市在绿色建筑和两型城市建设方面有哪些探索?存在哪些问题?今后将如何发展?带着这些问题,记者日前采访了长沙市住房和城乡建设委员会主任范焱斌。记者:长沙市作为两型社会建设综合配套改革试验区积极推广绿色建筑有什么重要意义?
