The effects of exposure to sea cucumber seedlings exposed to Cu2 + at concentrations of 0.010 mg / L, 0.012 mg / L and 0.050 mg / L for 75 d on the growth and survival were studied at the water temperature of 10-12 ℃. Cu2 + accumulation situation. The results showed that the juveniles were not poisoned when the concentrations of Cu2 + were 0.010 mg / L and 0.012 mg / L, and the survival rate was 100%. The body length and body weight growth rate were not significantly different from the control group (P> 0.05), while the latter body length growth rate was not significantly different from the control group (P> 0.05), but the body weight growth rate was significantly different from that of the control group ). The young rats in 0.050 mg / L group showed symptoms of poisoning with survival rate of (65.33 ± 8.33)%. Body length, weight gain rate is low. The accumulation of Cu2 + in the first two groups showed the trend of first accumulation and then decrease, the accumulation and accumulation rate approached to the control group at the end of the experiment (P> 0.05); the accumulation of 0.050 mg / L group increased with the extension of exposure time Continued to rise, the appearance of successive poisoning and death phenomenon, indicating that at this time Cu2 concentration has exceeded the metabolic regulation of young ginseng, Cu2 + chronic stress on the growth and survival of the ginseng have a serious impact.
