在广泛征求各方意见后,我国《电信法》有望于2005年出台。《电信法》草案中不仅以专章形式对“电信用户权益保护”做了规定,而且还针对电信服务过程中可能出现的损害用户利益的行为进行了专门规定,为用户依法维护合法权利提供了直接依据。
