应用两组动物进行这项动物实验研究,目的是要检验一下,自家冷冻下颌骨作移植物的可行性。第一组动物在下颌骨切除之前,将骨膜从骨体上分离下来,第二组骨膜和骨体一起切除。从临床、X线片、荧光和组织学的检查两组动物都有骨再生。用同样的方法为九个已侵犯下颌骨的癌瘤病人做了手术,结果是令人满意的。作者相信,自家冷冻下颌骨即刻或延迟移植,可以用于已侵犯骨组织的头颈部癌的外科病人,因此对其他能接受外科治疗的此种病人,可以推荐这种手术。
Two groups of animals were used to perform this animal experimental study to test the feasibility of self-freezing the mandible as a graft. The first group of animals separated the periosteum from the bones before the mandibular resection. The second group of periosteum was removed together with the bones. From the clinical, X-ray, fluorescence and histological examination of two groups of animals have bone regeneration. The same procedure was used to treat nine patients who had undergone mandibular cancer and the results were satisfactory. Authors believe that immediate self-freezing mandible or delayed graft can be used for surgical patients who have invaded the head and neck cancer of bone tissue, so this surgery can be recommended for other patients who can receive surgical treatment.
