目的:研究马氏珠母贝、菲律宾蛤仔、波纹巴非蛤和缢蛏4种贝类糖胺聚糖(GAG)体外对羟基自由基(HO·)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)的清除作用。方法:采用邻二氮菲-Fe2+氧化法测定贝类糖胺聚糖对羟基自由基(HO·)的清除作用,采用邻苯三酚自氧化法检测超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)的清除作用。结果:在羟基自由基体系中,波纹巴非蛤PUG显示较强的清除作用,IC50为6.75 mg/mL;马氏珠母贝CPG、菲律宾蛤仔CRG和缢蛏SG对羟基自由基的清除作用随剂量增加而上升,最高分别可达到47.9%、45.6%和45.9%;在超氧阴离子自由基体系中,马氏珠母贝CPG、菲律宾蛤仔CRG、波纹巴非蛤PUG、缢蛏SG的清除率最高分别可达到37.7%、36.8%、32.4%和36.5%。结论:3种贝类GAG在体外对羟基自由基与超氧阴离子自由基均具有一定的清除作用,显示一定的抗氧化活性。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of GAG on the production of hydroxyl radical (HO ·) and superoxide anion radical (O2- ·) in four species of shellfish, such as Pinctada martensii, Ruditapes philippinarum, Clear effect. Methods: Scavenging effect on hydroxy free radical (HO ·) of shellfish glycosaminoglycans was determined by phenanthroline-Fe2 + oxidation method. Pyrogallol autoxidation was used to detect the superoxide anion radical (O2-) Clear effect. Results: In the hydroxyl free radical system, PUG of Paphia undulata showed a strong scavenging effect with an IC50 of 6.75 mg / mL. The scavenging effects of CPG and CRG And the highest dose was up to 47.9%, 45.6% and 45.9% respectively. In the superoxide anion free radical system, the clearance rate of CPG, CRG, PUG and 缢 蛏 SG of P. clarkia, Up to 37.7%, 36.8%, 32.4% and 36.5% respectively. CONCLUSION: Three kinds of shellfish GAG have certain scavenging effect on hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical in vitro, and show some antioxidant activity.
