2014年,按照国家电网公司决策部署,国网浙江省电力公司深入实施县供电企业和乡镇供电所“两个提升”工程,以问题为导向,强化综合协调,立足强基固本,严格指标考核,实现县供电企业和乡镇供电所管理水平全面提升。强化综合协调,精心组织推进健全省、市两级农电综合协调机制,实行月例会制度和工作通报制度,协调解决突出矛盾和薄弱环节。
