我国自1998年实行造价工程师执业资格考试和注册以来,全国有6万多人考取了资格证,有5万多人进行了注册,取得了造价工程师执业资格。不容置疑,实施此项制度,对提高造价从业人员的整体素质、业务水平、执业能力,以及规范建筑市场的投资控制等起到很大作用。然而不容忽视,国家对造价工程师执业的自律机制的建立还不完善,以至于造价工程师违法、违纪、高估冒算、弄虚作假、泄露商业机密等现
Since 1998, China has practiced the cost engineer qualification examination and registration, more than 60,000 people have passed the qualification examination, more than 50,000 people have registered and obtained the qualification of cost engineer practicing. Undoubtedly, the implementation of this system has played a significant role in improving the overall quality of practitioners in cost management, professional level and practicing ability, as well as regulating investment control in the construction market. However, it can not be ignored that the establishment of a self-regulatory mechanism for the practicing of cost engineers in our country is still not perfect, so that cost engineers illegally break the law, overvaluation, counterfeiting, leakage of trade secrets, etc.
