本文以云南广播电视大学网上理工学院的设计和开发为例，介绍了一种把动态服务器主页技术（ASP）和数据库技术与现代教育技术相结合的实现远程网络化交互式教学和管理的新模式。这种模式能显著提高远程教育的工作效率和工作质量。
This paper, taking the design and development of the Polytechnic Institute of Yunnan Radio and Television University as an example, introduces a new mode to realize the interactive teaching and management of remote network by combining the dynamic server homepage technology (ASP) and database technology with modern educational technology . This model can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of the work of distance education.
