观察东莨菪碱(scopolamie,Scop)对大鼠下丘脑旁室核精氨酸升压素的影响。方法以不同浓度Scop推挽灌流大鼠下丘脑室旁核(paraventricularnucleus,PVN)。结果挽出液中精氨酸升压素(arginine-vasopressin,AVP)含量随推挽时间延长而增多。结论Scop可促进PVN释放内源性AVP,这对了解Scop抗休克的机理有重大的意义。
To observe the effects of scopolamine (Scopolamie, Scop) on arginine vasopressin in hypothalamic nucleus of rats. Methods The hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus (PVN) was induced by different concentrations of Scop in rats. Results The content of arginine-vasopressin (AVP) in pull-out fluid increased with the push-pull time. Conclusion Scop can promote PVN release of endogenous AVP, which is of great significance to understand the mechanism of Scop anti-shock.
