改革开放以来,在党的基本路线的指引下,我们从四川的省情林情出发,针对森林资源稀少,分布不够合理,产业结构单一,经济基础薄弱等问题,大力调整林业生产布局和经营方针,改革不合理的经营管理体制,推行社会办林业,全民搞绿化的一整套方针政策和各级领导保护发展森林资源任期目标责任制,努力扩大对外开放,引进资金开发资源,促进了生产力的巨大发展,全省林业面貌发生了显著变化。
