【人物档案】张澜(1872～1955),男,字表方,汉族,四川南充人(今西充县莲池乡人)。是伟大的民主革命家、教育家和爱国主义者。1941年——1955年任中国民主同盟中央主席,是中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度的创建者之一。全国解放后,张澜出席了第一届中国人民政治协商会议,当选为中央人民政府副主席,1954年又当选全国人大常委会副委员长、全国政协副主席,1955年2月9日在北京病逝,享年83岁。
[Profile] Zhang Lan (1872 ~ 1955), male, the word table, the Han nationality, Sichuan Nanchong people (now Xixian County, Chihpen people). It is a great democratic revolutionary, educator and patriot. From 1941 to 1955, he was the chairman of the Central Committee of the China Democratic League and one of the founders of the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation led by the Chinese Communist Party. After the liberation of the country, Zhang Lan attended the first Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and was elected as the vice chairman of the Central People’s Government. In 1954, he was elected vice chairman of the NPC Standing Committee and vice chairman of the CPPCC National Committee. On February 9, 1955, he was in Beijing Died, at the age of 83.
